Privacy Policy — UXR SEO Analyzer

What this extension does

UXR SEO Analyzer reads the content of the active browser tab to perform on-page SEO analysis. It evaluates page elements — titles, meta descriptions, headings, structured data, accessibility attributes, and related signals — and displays results in a side panel. All processing happens locally in your browser. No data leaves your device.

Data we do not collect

• No personally identifiable information is collected.
• No data is transmitted to external servers.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry of any kind are used.

Permissions

The extension requests the following permissions, used solely for the analysis function:

• tabs and activeTab: to read the URL and content of the page you choose to analyze. No information from other open tabs is accessed or stored.
• scripting: to run the analysis script on the active page.
• sidePanel: to display results in Chrome's side panel.
• storage: to cache analysis results locally for up to 5 minutes and save display preferences. Cached results clear automatically. Nothing is sent to external servers.

Local processing

The extension analyzes whatever page is open in your active tab — including public websites, internal tools, staging environments, and localhost. No content is sent to UXR SpA or any third party.

Analysis results are stored locally for up to 5 minutes to avoid repeated scans of the same page. After that window, the cache clears automatically.

Third-party services

UXR SEO Analyzer does not integrate with external analytics platforms, advertising networks, or third-party APIs.

Changes to this policy

If the extension is updated in a way that changes how data is handled, this page will be updated. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
