- What the other person sees is kept separate
- Every template holds two documents: one talks to you, the other is seen by the participant or the client. The download carries only the second, so nobody ends up sending method notes to a participant.
- The example is marked so you can delete it
- Example data is half the value of a template and also the easiest mistake to make. It is flagged unambiguously, with instructions to remove it in one pass.
- They say what they rest on and where they stop
- Each one names its source and its limit. If I did not verify something, the template says so rather than letting it sound like certainty.
- Visible version and a link to the original
- Your copy will not tell you the original changed. So each template carries its version inside and a link back to this page, so you can check.
